We ship through our registered and trusted courier partners to ensure safe, secure and timely delivery of your orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • We offer Free Shipping all over India
  • Once your order has been placed, the selected products go through a quality check and are packed to make sure you receive top quality products in its ideal condition. 
  • Post dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive timely notifications about the status of your order along with tracking details for the same.
  • We ensure excellent customer service and are here to help, so feel free to connect with us for any related queries.
  • The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
  • Your purchases may reach you from various locations in more than one package. But rest assured, you will be charged one delivery fee for the entire order.
  • In case of any special time bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us and leave comments in the order about the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfill the order within the time requested but we cannot guarantee the same

For any cancellations, we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted.

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE

At Ardpure, your satisfaction is our foremost goal.

Our efforts are aimed at making your shopping experience delightful and the return process hassle free. In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase, please refer below the exchange policy.

  • If you receive defective or damaged product(s), notify us at  sunakshi@ardpure.com within 24 hours along with the pictures & a small video showing the defects of the product.
  • If any damages are present on arrival, notify us with pictures via mail in less than 24 hours, so we can investigate any transit issues with our courier partners.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE:

  • Bamboo Lamps are not eligible for return/exchange once sold.
  • Proper images and videos were taken on the delivery and while opening the parcel to ensure transparency.
  • Products damaged after use and applied for return post the exchange/return time frame will not be accepted.
  • Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to do a thorough quality check of the returned product before issuing an exchange.
  • Any returned item that does not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCESS: 

If your purchase meets the above criteria, please contact and provide us with all your order details within 7 days of delivery via any of the following channels:

  • Please provide your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.

Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our team, please follow the below steps:

  • Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, tags and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
  • We will organise a reverse pick up from the delivery location.
  • Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a new piece will be dispatched to you within standard shipping timelines.
  • In the rare occurrence that a replacement item is not available, a Credit Note will be issued for the full amount within 24-48 hours.
  • Our credit notes can be used for purchase on our website within 6 months of date of issue.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Post shipping, the details of the order like tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
  • Orders can be tracked using the Order ID on shipping partner’s website.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  • Please provide the complete shipping address including zip code and mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
  • If there are any typos or errors in sharing the details, we shall not be responsible for the same. However, our team shall try to help you in getting the parcel delivered as smoothly as possible.

How to purchase an item from the website?

To purchase an item on Ardpure:

  1. Find an item you want to purchase on www.ardpure.com
  2. Choose the options you want for that item like colour, size, quantity etc.
  3.     Click ‘Add to cart’.
  4. Take any of these optional steps: ·        

         The default quantity is 0, modify the quantity to 1 or more as required.

         Shipping, taxes, and discounts calculated at checkout.

  1. Click CHECKOUT.
  • If you’re signed in to your Ardpure account, confirm your shipping address and payment details.
  • If you’re checking out as a guest, fill in your contact information, shipping and payment details.
  1. Review your order to check that all the information is correct.
  2. Click Continue to shipping.
  3. Click Continue to payment.

Are your products available on any other website?

We are a trusted e-commerce brand in partnership with India’s leading online selling platforms likes Amazon, Ikiru, Dusaan, 23:23 Designs, Flipkart etc. However, beware of the fake/fraud websites that offer our products at shockingly low prices and never fulfil your orders. Ardpure has not authorised any such portal to sell its products on behalf.

  • CATEGORY 2: PRODUCTS

My basket was received in an uneven form, how can I fix it?

Easily! While we ensure that you receive your product with a perfect packaging, still things do happen during shipping. To fix, simply submerge your basket in water for some time and dry to regain its original shape.

I received products with variations in them, is that ok?

At Ardpure we only believe in things that are handmade. Hence, every product is skill-fully made by a group of talented artisans with a unique story behind it. So slight variation are expected that adds to its handmade charm.

My carpet is curved/bent after placing on the floor, how will it fit?

Since our carpets are rolled and shipped for ease of delivery, so they might have some crease after unpacking. Just lay them flat on the floor and give them time to adjust to a new space.

How to maintain my natural products?

To maintain your baskets, simple dust them with a soft brush or wipe with a damp cloth. Do not scrub over the print as it mat damage it.

Similarly to maintain your carpets, dry-clean them, dust them regularly with a soft brush and spot clean only.

Yes! We have tie ups with the best courier partners that deliver our products pan India.

How are orders placed on the website delivered to me?

All orders placed on the website are dispatched via our trusted courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, DHL, etc. Once an order is placed, you will receive it with 7-10 working days excluding business holidays.

What payment terms can you accept?

We accept all major modes of payment like PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Can you cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.

Is my purchase eligible for exchange, and how do I exchange my purchase?

If you would like an exchange, go through the following steps:

  • Contact us to schedule a reverse pick-up within 2 days of delivery of the product and we will initiate an exchange request for you.
  • Please ensure that the product is unused and the original tags are intact.
  • Once the unused product is received at our warehouse, we will dispatch the exchanged product depending upon its availability.
  • In case the required product is not in stock, we will issue a full refund to the initial source of payment.
When will I receive the exchanged item?
  1. A reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 business days after placing a request and then the product will be shipped back to us. The entire process of receiving it back at our warehouse takes about 7-10 business days.
  2. Once the product reaches us, an exchange will be processed and the product shall further be delivered to the original address in 3-5 business days.
  3. In case of a broken or damaged product, we will ship a fresh item to the original address within 48 hours of receiving a complaint. Here, a standard delivery time of 3-5 business days will be applicable.
  4. In case a product/package is lost/misplaced, we will investigate the issue both internally as well as with our courier partners. If the issue is internal, it will be resolved within 48 hours. In case this issue is from our courier partner’s end, it will be resolved within 3-5 business days.
When will I receive my refund/credit note?

Post all the verifications related to your order, we issue a credit note within 7 working days with a validity of upto 3 months which can be used for future orders on the website.
